LOCATION
St. Nicolas Church
Chawton

St Nicholas Church is in the grounds of Chawton House. The celebrated author Jane Austen spent many years living in the village, and much of her time at Chawton House, which was owned by her brother, Edward. This coincided with the most prolific period of her life as a writer. This year Chawton House is celebrating the 250th anniversary of Jane Austen's birth. Feel free to wear a bonnet and/or breeches.

GIFTS
We hugely appreciate the effort and expense involved in attending our wedding, so do not expect a gift. For those who have kindly enquired or are intent on giving us something, there are a few things we are saving for, so a John Lewis voucher would be lovely.
For any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
We can’t wait to see you there!
